Set your colours, season dates and squads. Add each player once with number and sizes, and the app knows who wears what.
Every club has a bag of shirts somewhere and a list of who has them living in someone's head. Every Shirt Back moves that list out of memory and onto a rack you can actually see.
Hang a numberWho we areDrag a player onto a tag, or tap a player and then a tag. A free number takes them in. A taken one swings back and tells you who already wears it. Switch squads: each one has its own rack.
Tip: drag a player who already has a number onto a free tag to move them, or onto the bench to take the number back.

Tags 1 to 99 for every squad. Free numbers accept, taken ones swing back and name the owner.
Overdue kit shows how many days late. Pull a hanger into the crate, or hold it to log a tear or a missing sock.
Balls, bibs, cones and goals get counted, not guessed. See what has gone missing since the first count.
The squad fills in names, numbers and sizes. Clashes turn red with free numbers suggested, and totals are ready for the supplier.
When the box lands, each new shirt goes on the books already assigned to the player it was ordered for.
👕 We are a small team of grassroots volunteers, coaches and tinkerers who have all opened a kit bag in August and found eleven shirts for sixteen players. Every Shirt Back is what we wished we had that day.
🎯 Our mission is simple: take the kit list out of one person's head and put it somewhere everyone can trust. No more chasing shirts from memory, no more guessing what is left in the cupboard.
🧦 The app gives you a number rack for every squad, a return rail that flags overdue kit, honest stocktakes for balls, bibs and cones, and size sheets your players fill in themselves, with totals ready for the supplier.

Every Shirt Back does not collect, store or transmit any data. Everything works locally on your device.
None. We do not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers or location. Player names, numbers and sizes you enter never reach us.
Because we hold no information, we do not use, analyze, profile or sell it. What you enter is used only by the app, on your device, to show who wears what.
Your squads, racks, returns, stocktakes and size sheets are stored locally on your device only. There is no cloud storage and no server on our side.
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not share data with any third party.
Since data stays on your device, it is protected by your device's own security. Size sheets are shared only when you choose to share one, and only with the person or app you pick.
We collect no data from anyone, including children, so the app is consistent with COPPA principles. Youth player details you enter remain on your device.
You have full control. There are no accounts to create. Delete entries in the app at any time, or remove everything by uninstalling it.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Our core promise of no data collection will not change quietly.
